Anti-crack mortar is a mortar made by mixing anti-cracking agent, cement and sand with water in a certain proportion, which can meet certain deformation and remain crack-free.

Product Details

HPMC in anti-crack mortar prolongs working time by improving hydration and adhesion. It can prevent rapid drying and reduce cracks to a greater extent. HPMC has a long molecular chain and can form a three-dimensional network structure in water, thereby increasing the viscosity of the mortar, making the mortar more convenient in transportation and construction, and effectively preventing water evaporation and improving the working performance of the mortar.


HPMC has excellent water retention, which can prevent the water in the wet mortar from evaporating prematurely or being absorbed by the base layer, ensuring that the cement is fully hydrated, thereby ultimately ensuring the mechanical properties of the mortar, which is particularly conducive to the smooth construction of anti-crack mortar under high temperature and dry conditions. The water retention effect of cellulose ether can change the traditional construction process and improve the construction progress. For example, plastering construction can be carried out on a water-absorbing substrate without pre-wetting.
